Research & Evaluation

The Framework

Conservation Impact uses a research and evaluation framework that analyzes activities, objectives, outcomes, and impact. It assesses the successes and challenges, looking for gaps and opportunities for meeting desired goals. Assessment reports and presentations are created to highlight significant accomplishments and to guide mid-course corrections or future strategies. Evaluations are scaled to meet the needs of the client and to be most useful. Evaluations are typically used for internal purposes to guide planning efforts or to meet funder requirements.

Conservation Impact uses a combination of primary and secondary research to perform both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

Business plans are typically a more thorough program or organizational development plan to support the accomplishment of strategic goals.
