Organizational Development

The Framework

Conservation Impact uses an organizational development framework that aligns strategies, systems, structures, competencies, and culture. Organizational development depends on a thorough understanding of the organization's capacity, sustainability, position, and operations.

We use an objective and systematic approach to analyze the organization's internal capacity. Thorough analysis provides the basis for design and development imperatives to make the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Organizational development also helps to leverage assets to be more competitive, better positioned, and more potent in achieving results.

Conservation Impact presents findings in formal reports or presentations and always in a manner that will be most useful in developing the organization.
